Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send a separate email with your tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

Starting a return is easy. First, contact us at contact@sophieoliviabikini.com. We’ll send you access to our returns portal. From there, you can submit your return and select your preferred return method. After the return shipping fee has been paid, your return label will be generated automatically, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first contacting us and submitting the return through our portal will not be accepted.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
